2022 . . . What A Start

I cannot honestly believe the start we have had to 2022. I am writing this with a huge smile of disbelief on face. With my online sales doubled on what they were for the whole of January 2021 ALREADY, only half way through the month. I honestly cannot thank you all enough for the out standing support I have received since we reopened. I have started the year with a complete different mindset for my goals this year, and they prove to be working already which has me very excited.

The First Week Back

The First Week Back has been an absolute belter, although we had to halter our reopening due to covid (story of my business life)! I think the break did me a world of good. I concentrated massively on creating new designs for our in house brand Barn-Ickle which have proven to be a huge hit.

It also gave me time to think about our Valentines’s collection found in the Made By Hollie Category. Personally I am not really a fan of the cheesy, gimmicky valentines designs, so I tried to keep it as on trend as possible. And came up with designs I feel you can wear the whole year around. As a mum myself I understand the need for an item of clothing to be more than just a one wear sort of item. They again have sold really well, I will be keeping a couple of the designs online all year round.

Brand Rep Search

We announced our team search in-between Christmas and New Year. One of the first jobs I had was to pick some newbies for my already incredible team. This is never an easy task but I feel feel like I did an awesome job. Brand Rep searches are not a thing I do regularly. As I have created a great bond with my original team, we have become such a great friendship group and I worry so much about change. We now have a team of 24 amazing reps who are doing an incredible job. Not just on social media but helping to keep me sane too.
